Iyoba Idia Tunic
New
£35.00
This tunic top by Aso Global features the iconic 16th-century ivory mask of Iyoba Idia - or Queen Mother - from the ancient Kingdom of Benin (now in modern-day Nigeria). The mask is one of the most recognisable pieces of African art.
The top is a relaxed loose fit with batwing sleeves. It can be worn with leggings, trousers, or just as a short dress.
The neckline is wide enough to be worn either on, or off, the shoulder.
The top is black and the image is printed in gold.
Ethically made and sweatshop-free, it's not just a tunic - it's wearable African art and culture!
